Despite years of headlines and discourse around toxic workplace cultures, MIT recently found that 1:9 or 30 MILLION Americans feel their workplace leadership and/or cultures remain toxic. So, why does this problem persist and how can leaders, workplaces, and employees finally beat it? To overcome this seemingly endless saga, we share our approach in igniting Apple’s transformative “working different together” mantra. Instead of the tired ego-driven leadership style we’ve seen of late, we share a modern framework for anyone to embrace a co-creative culture; building brave spaces people love.

Key Learning Objectives and topics we'll review:

  1. The power to reimagine meetings. Unlock creativity and engagement by leading with questions
    and turning pain into power.
  2. How to create brave space. Ignite a culture of constant collaboration by making others the
    mission and defining the situation.
  3. How to supercharge culture. Inspire people to do the best work of their lives by creating context
with patterns and aligning by following true north.

Co-Author of BRAVE TOGETHER (McGraw-Hill), Chris Deaver will share eye-opening insights from his research and the companies he has worked with such as Apple & Disney.
