Building Resiliency in Turbulent Times

There is a strong connection between how the storytelling muscle can foster resiliency and has helped a business withstand uncertain times and even show up stronger. You'll learn about tips on how to create this resiliency within your own organizations by creating a safe environment that fosters meaningful storytelling, encouraging your leaders to demonstrate storytelling with vulnerability, and infusing storytelling as a practice into your culture.
